Cementing Your Gains

We call this cementing the gains because this is the part of the program that focuses on securing your results and slowly phasing the exercises out of your daily routine and getting on with your life as usual.

We strongly advise all users not to skip this step since we cannot guarantee that the inches gained through exercises will stay with you. Read carefully what the experts behind PenisHealthâ„¢ had to say in the Stopping the Program section and stick to the schedule outlined for the cooling period. A sudden transition from a regular program of exercises to complete rest is very likely to put an unexpected strain on your system and also put your gains at risk. Since you've come so far and done so much, the last few weeks spent cooling down shouldn't be that much of a problem.

The basic idea behind the cooling down period is to gradually cut down on the number of reps you perform until you can stop completely and also to remove from your routine the more advanced exercises. The first thing to do is to slash the number of reps by 50% in the first week and then by a third in the second week. This should bring you down to around 10 minutes of working out per session at the end of the second week. The third week of the cool down period means 10 minutes of Basic Jelq per day, every day.
